Terms of Service

RingWave

Payment Agreement: Client agrees to maintain up to date payment information on their account. The client acknowledges that the agreed-upon payment conditions between two parties, the client and RingWave, shall be made automatically on the same day of each month from which the client chooses to start, for not less than the months valid for any given plan. Once a plan is no longer valid, the payment period is complete, and the client may again choose a plan for services which fits their needs.

Right to Review: RingWave holds authority to review the rate & plan of the clients selection once every 30 days. Should RingWave find the client needs are greater than their selected plan, RingWave will notify the customer prior to any changes, with or without metrics to demonstrate the required change. RingWave will also make recommendations, where appropriate, to downgrade plans with the client, to better their needs.

Access to Information:  The Client is responsible for furnishing all pertinent information, and for furnishing accurate, truthful, and complete information necessary for RingWave to perform or complete the contracted services or project.

Scope of Work: ​The client is responsible for furnishing documentation outlining the complete scope of work, expectations, and methods for completing assigned work to the standards of the client. While RingWave does provide baseline training for general purposes to its staff, we will need to work together to understand how best to operate within your business.

Cancellation terms: The client may choose at anytime to cancel service with RingWave. Any immediate cancellation will not incur further costs, but will be eligible for refund or return.

Returns: No refund or rollovers will be provided during any billing cycle, unless within the introductory period of the 30 day money back guarantee for services.

Relationship of Parties:  RingWave, and it's staff, are not to be considered employees of the client. The client has no right to assign additional tasks without consultation with RingWave management to any staff member.

Holidays: All associated services provided by RingWave may have delay of services due to staffing. We simply wish to provide our team an equal work/life balance, and those who choose to work, are compensated fairly. The rate shall remain the same for the client in these periods.

 All recognized Holidays are listed below: 

  1. New Year's Day, January 1.

  2. Memorial Day, last Monday in May.

  3. Independence Day, July 4.

  4. Labor Day, first Monday in September.

  5. Thanksgiving Day, the fourth Thursday  in November.

  6. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, December 24 and 25.

  7. New Year's Eve, December 31. 


Currency and authorized payments: USD Currency is the only accepted currency. Authorized payments shall be made only by Credit or Debit Card, which will be save on file. A valid payment type on file is required in order to maintain services. Should the payment type no longer be valid, services will stop until such time the payment is updated and valid. Should the payment type not be made updated, and the client has an outstanding balance for services rendered, that amount will be invoiced after 7 days of outstanding balance.

Late/returned payments: Late or Returned payment, due to an instance such as expired payment type, shall be charged a rate not less than $50, or 5% of the total due, whichever is greater. Payments not paid by card on file will have a Net 14 for payment to be rendered until considered late. For each 14 days there after, the aforementioned late fee penalty will applied to the client balance. Any balance outstanding for more than 60 days will be sent to collections.

Rights: The client remains the sole owner of any information provided. All information is subject to a confidentiality agreement with and between RingWave and the client.

Contractual Update: RingWave reserves the right to update the Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice to the client. It is the client responsibility to stay informed, as each completed payment is consent to these Terms of Service.
